This scenic loop starts and ends in Provo, located about 45 minutes south of Salt Lake City. The route makes its way through Spanish Fork Canyon, before pointing you north along the secluded, winding tarmac of Sheep Creek Road. At the Unicorn Ridge Campground, you'll take Indian Creek Road all the way to the southwest edge of the Reservoir where you connect with Strawberry Road. All three roads are a pure delight for motorcyclists, offering a well-paved surface with beautiful, sweeping corners that weave up and down rolling hills lines before dropping down to trace the western shoreline of the reservoir. You'll likely see deer, sheep, and other wildlife as you go.

Most of the land you'll see on the west side of the road between US-6 (Spanish Fork Canyon) and US-40 is US Forest Service property. Here you'll find countless unpaved dirt roads for exploring as well as free dispersed camping options. Established campsites, marinas, and boat launch parking on the east side of Strawberry Road have daily camping or access fees. After passing the lake, you'll head west on US-40 past Heber/Midway and back over the Provo Canyon to return to the valley.

In the heat of the summer, this loop is an absolute haven for riders looking to escape the valley floor. It is also fully paved, and sections recently received a fresh coat of tarmac.
